The Rancho Heights Road & Management Committee welcomes real estate agents in our community. Many of us found our properties here by following the signs and over time others of us will use your resources to sell properties.
Rancho Heights is the most affordable gated estate-home development in the Temecula area. We recognize estate agents as important partners in maintaining Rancho Heights as the premier development it has become.

The safety of our community is paramount. Here are some things we ask real estate agents to keep in mind that will help preserve community safety:
GATE CODES
The preferred method of showing Rancho Heights property is for the real estate agent to meet the client at the gate and drive the client through the gate using the agent’s own temporary gate code.
Under no circumstances should prospective buyers be given the seller’s private gate code. Nor should gate codes ever be published in advertisements or signage.
When it is impossible for an agent to accompany a prospective buyer, the agent may give the buyer a temporary code after securing appropriate identification from that buyer.Never give a gate code -- temporary or otherwise -- to a prospective buyer you have met only by phone. Temporary gate codes are available by submitting a request from our contact page.
Please do not disturb residents by placing random calls from the call box in an attempt to find someone who will let you or your client through the gate.
SIGNAGE
Real estate signage at the intersection of Rancho Heights Road and Pala Road is deemed to be a safety hazard and it is not allowed.
There are no signs allowed at the Y intersection of Rancho Heights and Magee Road, where safety is also a concern. Signs that are placed on either area listed will be removed and disposed of.
